by the supervisor that keep on asking us if we were going to consume. We got there, and were received a little weirdly. one of them came here several times, so he wanted to show us what he called “the best rooftop in Miami”. I came here with a group of friends, since we had a friend visiting us. Give him the supervisor position, he will for sure deliver a better service than the lady who attend us. A true gentleman with white hair and glasses, these are the type of workers that you want to keep around and that will probably making me going there for another chance. I would like to highlight the great server that serve me several times but I do not recall the name. Whenever I tried to advise the management about the terrible costumer experience at the front desk, unfortunatly they were to busy as well, the front desk agent was kind and took a note of what happened, lets hope it passed the message. If she did call him/her, it’s a shame that person doesn’t care with her own work. Whenever she offered to call the Manager/F&B director, she came back and claim that it was too busy to go there to clarify the situation.
The supervisor is extremly rude and bad for business. I have been there a couple of times and unfortunatly the quality of service does not match the expectations. The food is great, the view is breath taking and the location is fantastic. Panorama is probably one of my top 3 favorite places in Miami. Overall our dinner was good,a little expensive but taking into account the wonderful views was worth the experience,and most importantly my friend liked it! Would I return? Maybe for a drink or light meal and if you're visiting from out of town then definitely worth a try! More Our meal was washed down with a 30 dollar bottle of pinot grigio that was nice and I thought reasonably priced considering the astronomical mark ups that restaurants put on wine. We had previously ordered as appetizers fried calamari and an interesting fried ceviche. The salmon was excellent but the salad could be greatly improved, quinoa was either missing or very well desguised, and quite frankly just fell limp if you know what I mean. We went with the grilled salmon and the quinoa salad. a selection,on the night we were there they basically had only three main dishes a quinoa salad (with or without grilled chicken),a grilled salmon served with seafood paella and a ribeye. As far as dinner goes their menu doesn't have much of. My friend was visiting from NYC and since he usually only visits once a year I no on your morning coffee while gazing out over Biscayne Bay and the Dinner Key marina just below.
